Detailed Bios

Michael J. Worrall – President & Managing Partner: An experienced senior executive with retail and manufacturing experience providing strong leadership, crisis management and business re-engineering skills to deliver corporate objectives. Originally from the U.K. where his career had been with large blue chip corporations, relocated to the U.S. in 1993 where he has continued to operate at board level with diverse roles and responsibilities. As a turnaround and workout expert, he has held numerous positions as a CEO, President, COO, CAO, CIO, CRO and Bankruptcy Trustee. Change management and workout experiences include Gateway Foodmarkets, Herman's Sporting Goods, Flooring America, Texas Boot and Trim Trends Inc.

Thomas J. Noonan Jr. – Managing Director, Chairman of Intrenet and, also, serves on the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Elder Beerman and Gordman’s, two substantial Mid-West retail chains. Well known in the corporate renewal industry, Tom has helped numerous companies navigate through tough business situations. An expert at developing strategic financial solutions for under-performing companies, he has held numerous positions as a CEO, CFO, CTO, Bankruptcy Trustee, etc. He has helped lead the turnaround efforts at such companies as Purolator Courier, Pilot Freight, Intrenet, Herman’s and Strauss Discount Auto and was instrumental in stabilizing Elder Beerman and Gordman’s after emergence from bankruptcy.

Rob Hubbard – Vice President: An experienced executive with 15 years experience in retail and manufacturing industries holding positions such as VP, COO, CIO, and President. With his early career spent reviving failed IT and software implementations, Rob began his executive career with a fortune 500 company managing production and supply chain development in Puerto Rico and Caribbean Basin. In addition to data modeling & forecasting, cash flow development and technology application, his skill sets include experience in bankruptcy process and application of organizational change management.

Tina Crislip – Vice President of Merchant Services: An experienced merchant with 15+ years in both retail and wholesale industries. Tina has held the position Vice President of Sales and Retail Marketing for London Fog Industries with sales volumes exceeding $160 million as well as senior buying positions with Federated and May Company Department Stores. Her expertise is in developing business strategies, forecasting product needs, developing and managing sales team to effectively execute and deliver objectives.

Paul A. Hassie – Vice President has over 25 years experience in finance, accounting and business management with mid-market companies in various industries. Paul has assisted companies by providing strategic planning, SEC and financial reporting, budgeting, due diligence, bankruptcy and ABC assistance, staff recruitment and evaluation, compensation planning and financial projection modeling. He has served as CFO of various biotechnology companies and was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP. Paul received a Masters in Business Administration and Master of Science in Taxation from Bryant College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Certified Turnaround Professional-Designate.

Rick Konvalinka – Senior Financial Analyst: An experienced financial executive with over 20 years experience in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail companies. Financial modeling, development of cash management processes, accounting process improvements and expense reduction & control are some of his skill sets. He has held positions of Vice President, Controller and Director of Internal Audit for Acme Boot Company. Additionally, he was Director of Special Projects for Fruit of the Loom. Rick also has prior experience as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Andrew Ward – Senior Business Analyst: An experienced information executive with over 25 years in the wholesale, manufacturing, distribution and retail industries. Andy has held the position of Director of Information Systems for Fruit of the Loom managing a $20 million budget to support sales exceeding $2.5 billion. Andy has vast experience with enabling technologies including ERP implementation, EDI, Web development, networking, and telecommunications. His expertise is in developing and managing information systems to improve process and reduce cost in the areas of sales forecasting, production scheduling, purchasing, shop floor control, order processing, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, retail back office and point of sale.

Bill Marginson – Vice President, has spent over 30 years in the retail industry. Areas of expertise include merchandising, marketing, operations, loss prevention, logistics, human resources, real estate and store planning. He has been CEO and President of various companies including The Wiz, a $600 million electronics chain. Known for his retail management and strategic planning expertise, Bill has also consulted for The Garr Consulting Group and McMillan & Doolittle. Engagements included Sears, Bradlees, Hermans Sporting Goods, K*B Toys and Lowes among others.
